Atlanta-based IPA 100 firm Mauldin & Jenkins (FY25 net revenue of $120.64 million) has announced the expansion of its governmental advisory practice through a merger with The Prinzo Group, a government-focused technology firm specializing in system modernization, procurement and policy implementation.

The addition of The Prinzo Group enhances Mauldin & Jenkins’ established governmental advisory services by adding a dedicated technology arm. By integrating The Prinzo Group’s expertise, the firm’s governmental service offerings move beyond traditional consulting to provide a comprehensive service model that combines organizational strategy with hands-on technical execution and regulatory guidance.

As part of the transition, Rob Prinzo, founder of The Prinzo Group, has joined Mauldin & Jenkins as a partner.
