Owings Mills, Md.-based IPA 300 firm Gorfine Schiller & Gardyn (FY24 net revenue of $23.4 million) has joined Meridian, Idaho-based IPA 100 firm Sorren (FY24 net revenue of $115 million), expanding Sorren’s presence in the Mid-Atlantic region.
The combination adds an Owings Mills office to Sorren’s national platform and expands the firm’s ability to serve clients throughout the Baltimore region with additional resources and specialized expertise.
“Joining Sorren represents a significant milestone for our firm and our clients,” said Scott Rodgville, who will now serve as Owings Mills office managing partner. “As we’ve grown over the decades, we’ve remained committed to personalized service, strong client relationships, paths for success for our team members and support for our community. Sorren shares that same philosophy, making this a natural fit for our next phase of growth.”
Josh Tyree, CEO of Sorren, said the firms share a similar client-focused approach and cultural alignment. “GSG has built an impressive legacy by staying true to its client-first approach while continuing to evolve,” Tyree said. “That balance of tradition and forward-thinking is exactly what we value at Sorren as we expand our national platform.”
Art Kuesel of Kuesel Consulting Inc. and Marc Rosenberg of Rosenberg Associates advised both firms on the transaction.
