New York-based IPA 100 firm Citrin Cooperman (FY24 net revenue of $871 million) has acquired substantially all the assets of Coral Gables, Fla.-based Sharff Wittmer Kurtz Jackson & Diaz PC (SWKJD), expanding the firm’s presence in the South Florida market.

The transaction adds five partners/managing directors and more than 30 employees to Citrin Cooperman. SWKJD specializes in serving closely held businesses and will enhance the firm’s capabilities in the Miami area and throughout Florida.
