Atlanta-based IPA 100 firm Aprio LLP (FY24 net revenue of $485.3 million) has acquired Price Kong, a Phoenix-based accounting and advisory firm, effective June 1.

The acquisition expands the firm’s presence in the Phoenix metro area and adds audit, accounting and advisory capabilities to complement its existing legal services in the market. It also marks the firm’s entry into the cannabis industry, adding specialized experience in a complex and highly regulated sector.

The transaction is part of the firm’s broader growth strategy, which includes recent acquisitions and geographic expansion as well as the launch of Aprio Global to serve cross-border client needs.
