Full-time J.D.

The University of Minnesota Law School full-time J.D. degree program offers an inventive curriculum and extensive learning opportunities that equip students for the demands of modern legal practice. The J.D. program has extensive dual and joint degree program and concentration options.

LL.M for Foreign Lawyers

The Law School offers an LL.M. in American Law and an LL.M. in Business Law programs for foreign lawyers.

Doctor of Juridical Science (S.J.D.)

The S.J.D. program at the University of Minnesota Law School is intended for those who wish to carry on advanced legal study and original research under faculty supervision. 

Master of Science in Patent Law

This one-year Master of Science in Patent Law program advances career opportunities for scientists and engineers.

LL.M in Patent Law

The LL.M. in Patent Law program is available to students who have a J.D. from an American law school.
