Professional Biography

Jessica Reginato is a Shareholder and Co-Chair of the Toxic Tort Section. Jessica enjoys working with clients to optimize risk management and develop strategies for all phases of litigation. She litigates matters involving product liability and toxic tort, insurance disputes, and commercial and personal injury claims, with an emphasis on defending product manufacturers, suppliers, employers, and premises owners in asbestos lawsuits nationwide. She has extensive experience in state and federal courts locally and nationally, and has been a team member on numerous cases proceeding to trial, binding arbitration, and appeal on issues including product liability, construction defects, dealership disputes under the Wisconsin Fair Dealership Law, and commercial and excess liability insurance coverage.

A Milwaukee native and active member of the Milwaukee legal community, Jessica prioritizes giving back. For more than fifteen years she has served as a volunteer attorney at the Marquette Volunteer Legal Clinic House of Peace location. She has also provided pro bono representation through the Eviction Defense Project, dedicates time and service to several community and charitable organizations including ACTS Housing, and stays closely involved with Marquette Law School by serving on the MULS Alumni Board (2017-present). Additionally, she serves on the firm’s summer associate and recruiting committee.

Jessica was recognized as an “Up and Coming Lawyer” by the Wisconsin Law Journal in 2013 and is a Wisconsin Rising Stars honoree (2014-2021). She is a member of the Milwaukee Bar Association, State Bar of Wisconsin and National Association of Women Lawyers.
