Bryan M. Roberts is a Shareholder and member of Stark & Stark’s Accident & Personal Injury Group. He concentrates his practice in the areas of wrongful death and catastrophic personal injuries from automobile, truck and motorcycle accidents as well as construction, product and premises liability claims. As a licensed commercial truck and motorcycle operator, Mr. Roberts has unique insight into crashes involving these vehicles.
Prior to joining Stark & Stark, Mr. Roberts was an Associate with a Philadelphia, Pennsylvania law firm where he defended wrongful death and catastrophic personal injury claims throughout the United States. Mr. Roberts served as a member of the national coordinating trial counsel team for a Fortune 50 international motor carrier in multi-million dollar wrongful and catastrophic personal injury claims involving tractor-trailer and large truck crashes. In addition, Mr. Roberts defended product liability and negligence claims on behalf of an international outdoor power equipment manufacturer and an international escalator and elevator company. Mr. Roberts’s extensive experience defending corporations in serious personal injury matters gives him invaluable knowledge that will greatly benefit injured clients in his current practice.
